Ayurveda is the traditional medicine system from India. Its purpose is to teach us the tools of self-knowledge to live a long and happy life.

This is the first of a series of 3 retreats where tuned to the energy of Autumn (VATA), we will learn how to move from chaos to calm.

In the fall, the tendency to accumulate all the elements of space and ether tends to worsen and we may manifest symptoms such as dry skin, insomnia, worry, anxiety or fear.

In this retreat, we will learn how to move from chaos to calm, using tools such as:

* Nourishing food to help you keep your feet on the ground (rooting)

* Daily routine and lifestyle

* Aromatherapy

* Yoga postures to calm us down.

* Organizational strategies in your life and

productivity

* Stop postponing, and a method to organize your short-term goals.

This retreat is an opportunity to make a Digital Detox and practice silence for a full day.

People of all ages and physical conditions are welcome to participate.

No previous experience in yoga is required..

FRIDAY 7:00 – 8:00 Yoga / 8:30 – 9:30 Breakfast / 10:0013:00 Ayurveda Session 1. Introduction and Ayurvedic questionaire. / 13:30  – 14:30 Lunch in silence & silence for the rest of the day / 15:30 Transforming the patterns and the negative mind. Talk and practice of Kundalini Yoga / 19:00 Dinner

SATURDAY 7:00 – 8:00  Yoga / 8:30 – 9:30 Breakfast / 10:00 -11:00 Therapy to move from Chaos to Calm /11:30 – 13:00 Productivity and organization strategies /  13:30 – 14:30 Lunch  / 16:30  – 19:00 Vata therapy, temazcal and mud mask/  19:00 – 20:00 Dinner

SUNDAY 8:00 – 9:00 Yoga / 9:00 – 10:00 Breakfast / 10:15 – 11:15  Closing session and meditation

About Ana Paula Dominguez:

 

Ana Paula Dominguez is the founder and director of the Mexican Institute of Yoga and one of the most important promoters of wellness and yoga in Mexico. She is the producer of the “Conferencia Mexicana de yoga/ Mexican Yoga Conference (Encuentro Nacional de Yoga/National Yoga Meeting) www.encuentrodeyoga.mx which will celebrate its 16th anniversary. She has practiced yoga since she was 7 years old and currently continues to teach Ayurveda, Meditation, Kundalini and Hatha yoga.
