About Yin & Yang Yoga Retreat
April 19 -21, 2019.
When was the last time you went through a day without feeling tired? If you can’t remember when, you are definitely on the right page!
Yin & Yang Yoga retreat will introduce you to this ancient Taoist philosophy which the main intention is to create harmony between two complementary forces that are in constant search for balance. You will obtain a complete training on how to practice Yin & Yang Yoga, so you will be able to perform the basic positions from the comfort of your own home, even if you are a beginner. Improving your lifestyle for a healthier routine will reflect in better work performance, self-esteem, social relationships and giving you more control of your life, among many other benefits.
Yin Yoga focuses on the deepest tissues of the body, mainly joints and connective tissues (Fascia). Therefore, one of its main benefits is the improvement of flexibility and the health of the joints. Energetically, Yin Yoga aids in unblocking the Meridians (energy channels). Yang Yoga targets the muscular body, it promotes cardiovascular health and overall physical strength. In this way, Yin Yang Yoga creates a well-balanced practice that promotes flexibility (Yin), and strength (Yang).
As the Chinese say: “One must cultivate the quality of Green bamboo: Strong & Flexible.”
The Yin Yang Yoga Retreat welcome first-time practitioners who want to be introduced to the yoga lifestyle, as well as experienced yogis seeking for new techniques in a healing experience to disconnect and recharge the batteries.
